Kathleen Bednarczyk
Kathleen is a patient care coordinator with over 33 years of experience in practice management and care coordination within the plastic and reconstructive surgery field. Throughout their career, they have played a vital role in supporting efficient clinical operations while maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered care, communication, and continuity across multidisciplinary teams.
They earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin, providing a solid academic foundation for a long-standing career in healthcare administration and coordination.
Outside of the practice, Kathleen enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and interior design. These interests reflect a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and balanced approach that carries through both their professional work and personal life.
Anthony J. Curreri III, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC / Director of Nursing (DON)
Curreri has been a Registered Nurse for nine years, a Trauma Operating Room Nurse for seven years, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for three years, and Director of Nursing (DON) at West River Surgery for about two years.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, in 2015 and his Master of Science in Nursing and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – Board Certification from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, in 2021. He is an American Association of Nurse Practitioners member and won the 2018 Yale School of Medicine Urology Department Patient Safety Award.
Curreri loves long walks on the beach, a nice crisp zinfandel, and fresh slacks.
Patricia Bussen, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Tricia is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in plastic and aesthetic surgery. She has been dedicated to the healthcare field since 2005, earning her BSN in 2007, followed by her MSN in 2011. She has worked alongside Dr. Steinbacher since 2014, providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Tricia is nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and brings a wealth of experience, skill, and compassion to her role. She has earned various recognitions throughout her career for her commitment to clinical excellence, including the Nightingale Award.
Tricia is passionate about supporting patients through every step of their surgical journey, combining evidence-based practice with a personal touch to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Lillian Pagoni, MSN, RN
Lillian Pagoni, MSN, RN, has been a Registered Nurse for over 12 years, serving in roles ranging from bedside nursing to patient care coordination and clinical leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 and her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Management and Executive Leadership in 2020.
She has extensive experience in coordinating care for surgical and complex medical patients, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patients through every stage of treatment. Lillian’s professional recognition includes multiple awards for clinical excellence and leadership throughout her nursing career.
She enjoys spending time with her family, visiting Disney, and being outdoors with her German Shepherd, Brody.
