What can I expect from the healing and recovery process?
Healing from teardrop implant surgery typically takes two weeks, depending on the type of incision. During this time, try to avoid overly strenuous activities and refrain from lifting heavy objects. It is also recommended that you wear a sports bra during that time to help support and healing. Most of our patients experience minimal or imperceptible scarring and are able to return to work and other normal daily activities within a few days following their procedure.
